Give each child cream cheese and ritz crackers, and then let them decide what colors to make their cheese. Use food coloring. You may ended up with a lot of gray cheese.

Make Jell-O jigglers in the shape of a mouse. You could give each child a choice of having red, blue, or yellow. If you give the children two mice see if they appear to make a new color when you overlap the two mice.
